Refund policy

At SupHerb®, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplements, we only accept returns for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and product photos.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Products returned after the return window

SupHerb® reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
